Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies (typically 14 days for consumers in the UK/EU), you may cancel for a refund unless you asked us to begin the service immediately and it has been fully performed.

Auto-renewal

Paid plans renew automatically. We show the renewal term and price before purchase and send a reminder where required. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Physical cards

Physical cards are made to order and personalised, so the statutory right to change your mind may not apply once production has started, except where the item is faulty or not as described - in which case you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law.

How to request

Contact support@zappt.io with your account email and order reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
